Or more specifically:
Why do you have your particular handle?
Do you use your real name or a moniker?
I’ve been using @ThatGuyKC for over 12,000 tweets and I really like it.
Lately though, I’ve been wondering if there isn’t a strong case for switching to my real name. Something like @kcprocter or a variation.
As I think about my personal brand, this blog and Some Wise Guy, I want to be intentional about how I’m presenting myself.
What do you think of “ThatGuyKC”?
Do you have a strategy or goal behind your Twitter handle?

I’m just plain @LarryHehn on Twitter.
I like @ThatGuyKC because it helps you stand out, while still giving an indication of who you are. I much prefer a personal name over the name of a business, organization or blog as a Twitter handle.
Besides @ChristianInTheRough would be way too long!
Thank you for your thoughts, Larry. I’m going to stick with “ThatGuyKC”.
I was @thedailywalk was a while then switched over to @adamtucker.
I just liked going with my name better. I like @ThatGuyKC though. I do not have a problem with that at all.
I like that you switched to your name because I identify your blog with you as a person. With “KC” in my Twitter handle I’m still using my name I guess so there is the association.
